The first and largest photograph is of Charles Johnson Noyes , Speaker of the House of Representatives of Massachusetts in 1887. The following images are composite photos featuring head shots of Representatives throughout the state, provided with their photo, name, and hometown. People of note in the album include William O. Armstrong, who was the first black candidate for statewide office in Massachusetts, Alphas Alger, Halsey Boardman, Asa Newhall, Edward Lines, Harris Hartwell, Robert Howard, etc. Sheets are glued to the page. There is some foxing/spotting, mostly on the first and last composite pages. The pages are also a bit warped and there is wear along the spine and edges.
