Inside, there are six pen & ink drawings from Northern California, each dated '90 and signed L.H. Colby. they include places in Alameda, Berkeley College Grounds, Berkeley Hills, San Francisco Bay,Berkeley Creek and On the marsh near S.F. Bay,

The covers have chips and wear and though the ribbon is still attached to the front cover, all the pages and covers are loose.
