11.5" x 12.5" red, white and blue, wood carving of FDR. "1933 - Roosevelt" is carved into the patriotic colored artwork. Etched into the wood on the back is "By E. Wells, 6338 Kimbark Ave, Chicago, Ill. Aug, 15, 1933. 34th year." There is some light scuffing to the edges, otherwise it is in good condition.
