8.75" x 11.25" photo album which says on the cover "Velox Prints from Kodak Negatives." There are eight pages with seventeen photos showing how each different print looks. Printed on the first page is:

The prints in this album show the sizes of pictures made by the various Kodaks, also the results obtained with the different Velox surfaces. Velox is made with sole reference to the requirements of the amateur; is simple to us, thoroughly dependable and is made in various grades and surfaces to fit all sorts of amateur negatives.

The covers are worn with some stains. The pages and photos are in very good condition.
