1910's. Item #48
There are over 140 snapshots inside this 7.25" x 11.75" photo album with gilded lettering on the cover stamped in the name "Agnes W. Bacon". Photos are various sizes and are glued to the page. There are shots of gals in costume (stereotyping and other), playing tennis, a polo game, snapshots put together to make a panoramic image of a lake scene, boating, etc. it appears that Bacon went to Yale, and a Google search indicates that she was there from 1917-1920 in the art department, but it is unclear if she graduated. The album is complete and in good overall condition.
