Pasted inside the front cover it says “This Blotter was opened at 12 am, August 10, 1918, and contains consecutively numbered pages from 1 to 600.” Signed Richard O’Conner, Commanding officer. 586 pages have been used and show information including: roll call, alien enemies, motorcycle patrols, dogs shot, reckless driving, speeding, serving summons, nude boys swimming, etc. The outer spine is missing and there is rubbing to the edges.
