4.25" x 6" cabinet card photo with writing on the verso which reads: "Francis H. Depau, son of Louis A. Depau and Angeline Thorn. Died 1881, aged 24 years. Great grandson of Count de Grasses, Revolutionary fame (Yorktown, Virginia Cornwallis surrended to him).

The photo is credited to Jordan, New York City. In good overall condition.
