9.5" x 11.75 loose-leaf notebook with thirteen photos, including one on the cover, which was put together by George J. Griffin in December, 1935. Elegant hand-lettering accompany important buildings and landmarks in Philadelphia. Two of the photos are hand-tinted. There is some transfer of color from the photos onto the opposite page and one page is detached.
A lovely piece of informational folk-art.
