10” x 11 3/4” three-ring binder of 18 leaves/20 pages and 22 photographs. Sticker on the inside cover (as well as writing on verso of several images) indicates this binder as the former property of Mrs. Margaret Stokes of Henderson, North Carolina.

Stokes dogs were a first prize winners at several Kennel Clubs. The stamp of commercial photographer Earl Graham of Kannapolis, N.C. on verso of most photos, as well as his watermark over one. Another commercial photographer made several of these photographs, M.L. Snyder of Winston-Salem, N.C.

Stokes entered her dogs into the Carolina Kennel Club and the Virginia Kennel Club dog shows. A fox colored terrier is present, as well as a bull dog named Stephan. Four or five dogs pictured in total. There is one photo of a horse on the last page.

Duplicates of several photos. Photos vary in size. Three leaves are blank.
